Opened in December 1999 under Swiss management, the hotel is set in the historical district of San Blas, just three blocks from Cusco's main square. Although rooms are different from each other -some include a Spanish wooden balcony-, all have hardwood floors, extra large beds, and are equipped with a central heating system. Los Apus' both restaurants -El Mirador and El Patio- serve international and regional dishes. There is a superb panoramic view from El Mirador's roof terrace, from where you can witness the sundown on Cusco's stone, wood and adobe buildings.
