Arroz Chaufa : Probably the the flagship dish of Chifa (Peruvian Chinese cuisine), arroz chaufa is a succulent combine of rice with egg, vegetables, ham, and soy-sauce. Normally served as a side dish in restaurants, many Peruvians consume it as a main course at home.
