Paiche:
Native to the Amazon river and its tributaries, the
paiche (Arapaima gigas) is the world's largest freshwater
fish. A fundamental ingredient in the cuisine of Amazon
people, paiches can measure more than 3 metres and reach
a weigh of 200kg.
