A dim lighted, incense-scented bar at the very heart of Barranco, La Posada del Ángel stages live performances of Trova music, a popular Cuban musical genre that actually encompasses a variety of song forms and rhythms, like guaracha, son, bolero, and rumba.

The enchanted atmosphere, loaded with antiques and angels, is great for a laid-back evening while enjoying some wine, beer or the classical sangria. The Trova shows are usually put on from Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10pm until closure.
