This boarding house is located on a busy street of Miraflores that leads to the Óvalo Gutiérrez, a square hosting a multi-screen cinema, a Starbucks, a great bookshop, and many restaurants. Rooms are clean and tidy, both private and shared ones.

The place is run by Francis Pierre Chauvel, a Frenchman with many years in the tourism industry. Rates for single and double rooms include breakfast, laundry and free Internet (available 24-hours). They will burn you a CD with your photos if you ask them for.
