Los Delfines Summit Hotel

This modern hotel is named after its former special guests Yaku and Wayra, two dolphins that used to life in a big pool and could be seen form the lobby, bar, and restaurants (they have recently been relocated to another location near the ocean). The rooms, some of which have great views over the Lima Golf Club, are comfortable and smartly furnished.

Both the elegant Knossos restaurant and the Delphos coffee shop are located in the lobby; the first offers an international gourmet fare, while the second serves national and international food, snacks and desserts.

Los Delfines Summit comprises a conference room with capacity for 1200 persons -the biggest among Peru's hotels-, as well as a fully equipped fitness centre, casino, pool, and heliport. Although the hotel catchphrase is "living in harmony with the environment", for sure environmentalist and green travellers won't approve dolphins -or any other wild animal- being kept in captivity, and would probably be happier in a different accommodation.
