This lunch-only cevichería is a popular Friday destination (specially during the summer), when employees working in the area indulge themselves with their fabulous ceviches. Managed by charismatic chef Alfredo Aramburú, the restaurant has developed some variations of tiradito and ceviche, like the 3-chili pepper fish ceviche. They also have great grilled octopus, chita al carbon (grilled stripped bass), and prawn risotto.

The decoration is unpretentious but effective. A second Alfresco is located in the heart of San Isidro, Lima's business centre (Santa Luisa 295, San Isidro, phone 422-8915).
