The latest project by renowned chef Gastón Acurio (see Astrid & Gastón restaurant) is an essential and delicious lunch-only cevicheria, much in the style of Pescados Capitales.

The dishes meet every requirement for success: abundant, inexpensive, and delicious. Indeed, you need to get there quite early (particularly on Saturdays) unless you don't mind lingering for 2 hours on the bar.

The menu includes all Peruvian seafood classics, plus some sushi and haute-cuisine creations. The seafood rice and pasta plates are great, as well as the chupe (a very richly flavoured seafood soup). The ambiance is rustic and cosy. A sure hit.
