Pescatore, a Michelin 3-star restaurant) before embarking
in his own project.

inspiration in his Peruvian, Italian, and Cuban heritage.

in a tranquil street of San Isidro, Malabar features
an essentialist décor and a classy bar that serves
a remarkable Pisco Punch, prepared according to a 1850-recipe
original from San Francisco.
