Located in a colonial mansion in the old part of Miraflores, this minimalist yet warm restaurant surprises for the delicate fusion of Peruvian and Mediterranean traditions. Chef and owner Rafael Osterling, after an international experience at London's Bibendum and Le Poissonnerie, launched his own project, which despite the strong influences, can be defined as a cuisine d'auteur. Tuna and salmon are always excellent choices, as well as the rice dishes. The restaurant comprises a chic bar where allegedly the best apple martini in town is prepared. Often on Thursdays and Fridays after midnight, the tables are set apart and local DJ's make the sophisticated post-dinner crowd dance to the beat of electronic rhythms. Open Mon-Sat from noon to 4pm and 8pm to 1am Credit V Mc Di AmEx Go back to Mediterranean restaurants. |
