Although it comprises some nice shops, Larcomar is more an entertainment centre rather than a shopping mall. Indeed, most of its space is dedicated to nearly 30 restaurants and cafés, 2 exclusive dance clubs (Gótica and Aura), 3 bars, a 12-screen cinema, and a 24-alley bowling. This concept is further strengthen by the fact that a significant number of its 40 shops sell handicrafts and souvenirs to the many tourists staying in the nearby hotels. Larcomar, undoubtedly smarter than the more traditional Jockey Plaza, stands on the very verge of the cliffs that overlook the Pacific, occupying a terraced structure that allows unbeatable views for everyone.
