Machu Picchu FAQ: How much does it cost to visit Machu Picchu?

Current entrance fees for visiting Machu Picchu are the following:

- Foreigners (adult): S/. 120 or aprox. US$ 41.50
- Foreigners (student): S/. 60
- Peruvian (adult): S/. 61
- Peruvian (student): S/. 30.50

To the above entrance fee, you should add some US$12 for the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu (it's a return ticket). Aguas Calientes is the town at the foothill of Machu Picchu, where the train from Cusco arrives.
