Located at the edge of Machu Picchu Town, this modern high-end hotel rises five stories above the Urubamba river.

The 42 rooms (including 5 suites) are comfortable and humbly decorated, perhaps a little too much given the rates. All rooms are carpeted and include a private bathroom (with 24-hour hot water), satellite TV, and telephone. Half of the rooms (those in floors 2 and 3) are no-smoking.

The hotel restaurant serves Peruvian and International buffet dinners, and stages live Andean-music guitar recitals.
